Efficiency of business and IT processes

As part of activities in the area of efficiency of business and IT processes, activities related to the analysis of the existing state of business or IT processes are implemented, followed by determination of the desired shape of processes (TO-BE) based on the client's needs or based on generally accepted standards (eg in the case of processes IT, COBIT 5.0 standard). Business processes are modeled in the BPMN 2.0 standard.
